Many of the slots we tried to play either would not recognize our cards or take the money.( THEY WERE OPERATING SLOTS NOT THE CLOSED ONES) we said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and decided to leave. We decided to stay and play a while you would think after three months to prepare everything would work to perfection. We went to see a host and guess what the host desk was closed on a busy Sunday afternoon. She had the nerve to say they never changed the phone message from before close down three months ago. I told her of my call and the 1 hour drive we took to eat at the cove and that they took the reservation.
I went to customer relations and the lady said they were not sure when they would open. When we got there it was closed till further notice. It instructed to leave the time date and number of people I did. I was transferred to an automated message that said open Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm on. He told me they were open weekends(this was Sunday) and that he would transfer me to the reservation line at the cove. Had to get corporate reservations who admitted no way to contact the Philly casino on the phone. Tried to call Harrah's Philly to inquire about the cove (their only fine dining restaurant).
